Since the New Year hit I've been wanted to get fit and start working out "hard core." In the past I go to a few gym classes and go run on the tread mill or the track occasionally, but I wanted to set a goal to workout five days a week for at least an hour. I know somedays I will get busy, but even on my busy days I will try and do a 20 minute workout.
I found what works for me! I go to the fitness center in our apartment complex at night around 8 o'clock after Olivia goes to sleep and workout. I usually have a set of workouts I do. I know everyone workout differently, but this works for me and I'm so excited about it.
I also try to run on the trend mill at least for 15 minutes, I'm a NOT big runner and I don't really like it, so 15 minutes is huge for me. I'm not just doing it to get amazing abs but to feel good about myself and feel healthy. Really don't want to be skinny anymore I want to be fit. I know every time after I workout I feel great, and I LOVE that feeling! The other great thing about this workout is, I don't have to go to the gym ever time I can just do it at my house.
