Juice your heart out:

A couple years ago my husband and me went on a juicing "diet." (I really hate the word diet but you could say that) We did it for 14-day straight juice. We wanted to change our eating habits for a little bit and try it out since we heard a lot of positive from it. We did not do this to lose weight but more of a detox. We did about 4-5 juice drinks a day, this contain vegetables and fruits. We only drink it because eating it your body has to work ten times harder to digest it. By drinking it then it gets all the garbage food out of your body faster and that is where the detox comes in.

 Honestly It was hard the first couple of days not being able to eat anything, but after the forth day I got use to it and I enjoy it. I remembering feeling great and having lots of energy after I did it, I wanted to keep doing it, it was so good. 

I have decided to bring back juicing in my life. No I'm not going on a 14-day juice diet, just juicing once a day in the morning... still eating of course. I love the taste of it and I love the feeling it leaves me after I drink it. For me it's hard to eat an apple, carrot, celery, spinach, orange and banana. That's what I put into my drink at least. 
If you’re interested in trying it, here are the steps:
1. Get a good juicer. (Got mine from Bed, Bath & Beyond) 
2. Buy fresh vegetables and fruits
3. Cut the veggies and fruits then place them in the juicer
4. After done mix the juice in a bowl and put it in a cup.
*I like to put mine in the freezer before I drink, so it's cold.
**Don't let your drink sit very long. It will use the nutrition taste 
Pretty easy right! I understand if you’re not into juicing. But I love doing it and wanted to share it! Enjoy!
