Workout:
Lately I have notice that the more I work out or get some type of exercise the more I feel better about myself. I have always been told when you exercise you are happier.. But sometimes it's hard to be motivated. So I have made it a goal everyday to do some type of workout rather its going on a walk, doing Zumba, or a light workout. My favorite work out so far is dancing on the wii, you might think that its silly but I really do sweat and have fun at the same time. It's been hard because since I'm still recovering from my C-section I don't want to over do it, but if I don't exercise I start to feel lazy and unhappy. This is the perfect way for me to do something fun, that I like and still get a workout.
