This year for thanksgiving we went down to Salt lake and stayed there for about a week. It was a lot of fun to see my family. Eric made his famous rolls that everyone loved. And I made a pumpkin spice cake that was yummy! One day I will be like my mom and make 15 pies in one day. Crazy right! (She's amazing!) We had a great day on thanksgiving and then that night we decided to go Black Friday shopping with some friends and family to the Park City outlets and I pretty much got everyone done for Christmas. It feels great to be done!
Saturday I helped my mom with her Christmas tree and decorations and then we did some more shopping and then that night we went to Temple Square and saw the lights with the family. It was fun to go and see it, but I probably wouldn't go the day after it opened.. too many people! But I'm glad we went since we don't live there. Sunday we went to church enjoy a family dinner and left for Rexburg that evening. It was a much needed break from the Burg but it's good to be back home.
